When is the assessment?The placement test must be taken one week before your starting date.

Should I bring any material to class?All the material is included, also we will provide you a notebook & pen so you don’t have to bring any material for classes.

Is there anything we need to know prior to class?Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation with the Spanish Experience Center Pre-arrival information that shows you all the details that you should know prior to class.

Would I have the same teacher each session?You will have the same teacher during the week. If you take more than one week it is possible to continue with the same teacher or there is a possibility that the teacher the following Monday, schedule changes each Monday.

What time should I arrive the first day of class?It’s important to arrive at 8:45am the first day of class. A member of our staff will show you the school before classes start.

Is the speaking test online or in person?The speaking test is on-line.

Do I need to bring lunch?Every day we offer to our students fresh and delicious homemade Mexican lunch for a friendly price. The cost per meal is 100 MX (6 USD approximately).

How long would each lesson be?Each lesson is 50 minutes class and there is a 10 minutes break between each class.

What is your cancellation policy for Spanish courses?General The 100 USD registration fee is non-refundable. Prior to your arrival a) In the event of a cancellation prior to your arrival, a written notification (e-mail) will be requested. b) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the first day of your class, a cancellation fee of $100 USD will be invoiced to you. c) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to your departure, you will be charged cancellation fees of a minimum of $100 USD or the following fees: Between 29 and 15 days prior to the arrival: 20% Between 14 and 8 days prior to the arrival: 40% Between 7 and 1 days prior to the arrival: 80% From the 1st day of classes or in the case of an early return, no refund will be granted. The unused portion of the tuition can be kept as a credit for a future stay. Any changes or cancellation due to an emergency at home will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

When should I pay for my Spanish course?All payments must be made in full upon your arrival at the school.

When the students eat lunch?The lunch time is at 11:50am.

Do you offer accommodations?Unfortunately, we don’t offer housing anymore but we can recommend some housing options close to the school.

Is there homework?No homework requested, but the teacher’s recommendation is to practice after class. If you are interested in homework, you can request it from the teacher.

When is tuition due and how can I pay?Tuition is due in full before your first class. You can pay at the school before your first class starts. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal and cash (USD or Mexican Pesos).

How far in advance must I register?We recommend you to register at least 4 weeks before your starting date in order to assure you a place in our program.

How many levels are available year around?We offer 5 Spanish levels all year long: A1, A2, B1, B2, and C1.

Do classes always start on Monday?Group classes always start on Monday except during national holidays classes will start on Tuesday.
